What is a Handicapped Lot for? I don't have to reply and you know who is it for and what is it for. But how often we see people who are physically able (not handicapped) taking up the Handicapped Lot. Why? If you ask them, they will reply "If a handicapped come along, I will give this lot to them". But does that mean they can park there???
The above photo shows the contractor's vehicle occupying the Handicapped Lot at Tampines Blk.383, while the workers are working on the floor tiles. But does the vehicle need to be parked at the Handicapped Lot?
