The above fire hydrant was found near the Central Mall. I wonder why the seat with a potted plant was placed so near to the fire hydrant. Though this may be movable, but in case of fire, there will be a time delay caused by moving of this obstruction. If it's an offence to park near a fire hydrant, what about this? Would it be good if there is not obstruction to the fire hydrant?

Really, I am agree with your view. the fire hydrants should be placed at the locations from where they can be easily used. And to inform people that fire hydrants exits there, we should install easily readable hydrant signs nearby. Only this will ensures complete safety for all the visitors.
