I hate such auto toilet flush if they are adjusted too sensitive. Some slight movements away from the sensor, it starts to flush even though I'm not done with my 'business'.

It's even worse when they don't work.
That's the price we pay for anti-social behiviours. By right it is common courtesy to flush after use. But becos many people don't, they spend unnecessary money for these 'hi-tech' stuff which once broken nobody will repair.
You are right Chun See. It's disgusting to find those dirty toilet. Equally frustrated with those unserviceable toilet flush.
